About the project
Joy Residence needed its foundations protected against ground moisture and water before the structure went up. SARP supplied the waterproofing system and followed the installation on site together with Joy Group and Albasteel PCP.
Waterproofing below ground is laid before the reinforcement and the concrete. Once the building stands it can no longer be reached or repaired, so the system has to be continuous across the whole footprint, including joints and penetrations.
